We were lucky enough to have the opportunity to collaborate with Estuary Brewing Co, some newly discovered pals from across the pond. We have both brewed an IPA called Moon Juice, which features some delightful hops from NZ.

It all starts with Nectaron & Motueka, firstly being added in the whirlpool they set the foundation with a sweet citrus and watermelon base. Cold side additions of Nectaron, Galaxy & Motueka (added at 12g/L) along with delicate esters from our house yeast, have gifted us with a whopping 6.2% IPA! Brimming with ripe mango, watermelon and orangey citrus goodness.
