Lindsey is our Co-Founder Hugo's old Surf Life Saving coach at Polzeath Surf Life Saving Club. His old school character shaped some of Cornwall's finest athletes in the sport, through strict training routines and firm discipline, the Polzeath SLS Club produced a long list of medals in the Surf Life Saving scene thanks to his efforts. The style of this beer represents his character perfectly, hence why we named it after him back in 2022 when the first batch was brewed.
For Chapter 3 we have kept the same malts, but changed up the hops to Azacca, Riwaka, Chinook, and Amarillo, giving the beer softer piney, resinous flavours than before, but bringing a flurry of new world hop characters; aromas of citrus and stone fruits.
