Shipping policy
BEER RELEASES & GENERAL INFORMATION
We release our beers onto the website after they have been packaged at our brewery. For all updates on which beers are scheduled to be released, please sign up to our newsletter, or keep an eye on our Instagram and Facebook pages.
The maximum number of cans that can be packed into a single box is 24. We charge £6.50 per delivery, and they will be delivered by APC Overnight. They will be dispatched on a next day delivery service, but we cannot guarantee this service.
We offer FREE delivery on orders over £40.
We despatch orders Monday through Friday. If you purchase before 8am on any of our delivery days, we will endeavour to despatch your order on the same day. Orders placed after 8am may be despatched the following day, although we always endeavour to despatch your order as soon as possible after receiving it.
Orders dispatched on a Friday will be sent on APC’s Saturday 1600 service, for delivery on the Saturday. Again, we cannot 100% guarantee this service. Orders placed after Friday at 8am will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Our beers are only available to buy when they show as ‘in stock’ on our website, we are unable to hold stock prior, or during, the beer being available on our website. Once the product shows as out of stock it is no longer available.

SHIPPING TERMS
Online shop orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday.
Our order cut-off time is Friday at 8am. Any orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until the following Monday. We ship to the UK mainland only.
Shipping fee is £6.50 on orders below £40. Orders £40 and over will be shipped for free.
When your order has been packaged ready for collection you will receive an email stating the order is completed. Please note that the tracking details and link are not usually emailed by our courier until later the same evening or sometimes early the next day. Please enquire with us if you have any concerns about your order.
Orders are shipped using a next day delivery service with APC. We cannot guarantee this service with the courier as there are sometimes delays and problems we cannot control within the courier’s networks. Orders placed after 8am on Thursday and before 8am on Friday will be shipped on APC's Saturday 1600 service.

Collection will be from our main brewery on Trewiston Lane not our Taproom, if within the hours provided. Directions are here.
Collection will be the next day – we do not offer same-day collections. Collection orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be available to collect until after 8.30am on Monday, or in the case of a bank holiday, the next working day.
Please wait to receive a notification email that your order is ready to collect before coming to the brewery.
