Returns & Refunds
We have a 21-day return policy, excluding personalised products, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; for beer, these items should be unopened and undamaged; for apparel, these items should be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need to provide us the receipt or proof of purchase.
The cost of postage and safe return of returned orders are the responsibility of the customer until the order is back in our warehouse. We recommend that a trackable method of postage is chosen and you hold on to the proof of postage. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: FAO. RETURNS, Bluntrock Brewery, Trewiston Lane, St Minver, Wadebridge, Cornwall, PL27 6PY.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded, minus applicable shipping costs, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Contact us at hello@bluntrockbrewery.co.uk if you would like to return your goods to us and we will help. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. please contact the help desk at hello@bluntrockbrewery.co.uk with your name, order number, details of the product and the issue. Our team will be pleased to help replace the goods or refund you here acceptable.
