Our second Bingo beer of 2026 arrives in perfect time for the Spring equinox this weekend. At just 2.2% it's the perfect beer for those lighter evenings when the beer garden sessions start to fire up.
Two Little Ducks has the same scaled malt, water and yeast consistent with the rest of the Bingo beers in the series, but this time we're showcasing a classic old school legend hop, Simcoe, with a lesser known newbie; Elani. Everyone knows Simcoe, it's one of the old school bangers that's been in beers since the influx of newer hop varieties like Chinook, Mosaic & Centennial. But, Elani is a new hop from our pals over at Crosby Hops, Oregon.
The beer is super pale in colour, has a delicate body, and a mellow bitterness. Awash with aromas of pineapple, guava, lime, white peach and orange zest from the dry hop. It makes a superbly sessionable little pale ale.🌸
