Banjovial are an Americana Shantygrass band from Padstow, just over the estuary from us.
The recipe is inspired by Sierra Nevada beers, expressive, modern but approachable. The gap between super modern pale ales and more traditional cask pale ales.
Banjovial are effectivelty one of our house bands at the Taproom. We've had a relationship with them at Bluntrock since their original band, The Stowes. The relationship goes back even further with the Stowes, as Padstow Brewery when George & Simon were there, produced a beer for them called Stoweaway IPA. A little 3.5ish% cask pale ale.
Well we've taken inspiration from that earlier partnership and designed Banjovial Beer. Banjovial beer is a much more modern and expressive beer to mirror Bluntrock's more modern brand.
