Just in time for the heatwave that brings our cozy island to its knees. Freshly Squeezed, our lemon Radler is making a return to save the day!
Typically, Radlers were mixed from Wheat Beers. However, we wanted to create something different to your usual Radler. Instead of the usual distinctive wheat character from a traditional Radler, we’ve instead taken influence from Kanpai, our Japanese Rice Lager, and used rice instead.
This makes Freshly Squeezed super dry, crisp and low colour which is perfect to allow the lemon to shine through. We also used salt as the only water addition to help balance the acidity of the lemons. Delicious!
