This 8.0% soft and fruity Double IPA pours a pale, bright yellow, almost Bluntrock Yellow! A fat, juicy, 22.5g/l duel between two new wave giants, Azacca and El Dorado. We wanted this beer to be a gentle giant of a Double IPA with a soft, fruity bouquet of hop character.
The aroma bursts with sweet clementines and grilled peaches, leading into a full, rounded mouthfeel that feels like a big, soft pillow with clean alcohol. With a light warming bitterness, it delivers a sweet, lush taste dominated by notes of ripe oranges, clementines, and caramelised peaches.
