Light glowing yellow in appearance, it features aromas of cantaloupe melon, apricot, strawberry, soft mint, and a gentle touch of mango. The mouthfeel has a medium body and light carbonation. The taste includes refreshing melon, sticky strawberry jam, light fresh spearmint leaf, a touch of ripe apricot, and very soft bitterness.
We built this recipe to be soft, soft and SOFT.
Soft hops, soft grist and low bitterness. We chose Idaho 7 in the whirlpool and then finished off with Indie Hops’ Lorien, experimental Yakima Valley hop; Pink, and another newbie from New Zealand; NZH-106.
